In Memory Of Jacqui

This is my Dear Friend Jacqui, who died this month
at the age of 33.
Hi everyone

My passion is as I’ve mentioned in previous posts, EFT. I must admit that without it, this week I think I could have ended up on Prozac! Each night when I’ve gone to bed I’ve thought ‘tomorrow is another day and things will be better’! But they just seemed to get worse…!

My friend Jacqui died of Cancer at the young age of 33, everyone referred to her as Hippy Chick, you know, one of those really gentle souls… It throws many questions into one’s life, when someone so gentle and caring dies.

Then the car broke down so I couldn’t get to her funeral, so I’d like to take this opportunity to say ‘I was thinking of you Jacqui and your lovely family…’

We all experience up’s and downs in our life and I feel it’s very important to view every day as our last day, savour every moment and make a point of watching the beautiful things in nature, like a bird singing it’s heart out, a flower in bloom, the sound and fresh smell of the rain, a loved one’s hug. The simple pleasures are so often overlooked!

We’re often so busy doing life that we forget to say thank you to the Universe for these simple pleasures. I know I have to make a point of pulling myself up from time to time to take a moment, just a moment, to remind myself of what is truly important to me.

When I started this blog last month, I was so intent on sharing with everyone the benefits of EFT that I started on the wrong note, reading back through my previous posts it perhaps sounds more like a sales pitch, this really wasn’t my intention – I think just over enthusiasm!

So from now on, I shall aim to include more of my personality, in the hopes that you will get to know me a little better, I welcome your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

Bright Blessings and Good Health to You All.
