Amazing Success with EFT and PTSD

One of my favorite quotes for the day:

"There is Nothing New Under the Sun Only Forgotten".

Today I’d like to share with you some more information related to EFT including another success story, which I am sure you will find interesting and inspire you to further investigate the wonders of EFT.

On Gary Craig’s EFT site you can read the actual clinical cases and testimonials from people regarding dramatic relief for:

Headaches, Claustrophobia, Panic/Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Asthma,
Fear of Flying, Trauma, Eating Disorders, PTSD, Anorexia/Bulimia, Allergies,
Abuse, Addictive Cravings, Depression, Weight loss, Dyslexia, Stuttering, Carpel
Tunnel, Blood Pressure, Children, Anger, ADD-ADHD, Diabetes, Neuropathy,

Pain Relief from Hundreds of Physical Symptoms.

Properly applied, over 80% achieve either noticeable improvement or complete cessation of the problem.

EFT is as I’ve said before, the Missing Piece to the Healing Puzzle!

  1. Often works where nothing else will.
  2. Usually rapid, long lasting and gentle.
  3. No drugs or equipment involved.
  4. Easily learned by anyone.
  5. Can be self applied.

My husband has suffered with Asthma since 2000, after he was given 3 days to live with pneumonia. Instead of using inhalers on a regular basis as he was first doing, he now EFT’s it away…

EFT is very easy to learn, it can be fun and takes about 1 minute to do a complete round. Anyone can learn EFT and apply it to their self even while they’re sitting on the loo or in the bath/shower; I’ve done this on many occasions and I know my husband and daughter have too!

I have studied and applied this Healing Technique to myself, my family, and many clients, with fantastic, overwhelming, AWESOME results.

My husband has been relieved of intense Fibromyalgia Pain, Frequent Asthma Attacks, Allergies, Angina Pain and P.T.S.D.

I have also witnessed AWESOME results with many clients regarding Emotional Issues including: Anger, Phobias, Fears, Weight Problems, IBS, Sexual Problems and Self-Confidence to name but a few.

My teenage daughter is often seen tapping for things such as: Headaches, Period Pains, Tinnitus and Anxiety, she thinks it’s great and often helps her friends by tapping on them!

The EFT DVD set is a MUST HAVE for every household, Gary’s humor and interesting approach will inspire and capture you, he makes it fun and very, simple to learn, so simple a child could do it!

My husband Nic has agreed to share one of his experiences relating to EFT, this particular experience refers to EFT applied to PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) his story begins:

Some years ago when I worked as a private investigator, someone I got evidence against came looking for me with a sawn off shotgun.
For 20 minutes I endured an ordeal in a lone car park where I was subjected to abuse, swearing and threats about what he was going to do to me.

Throughout my ordeal I remember feeling quite calm, trying to talk some sense into him, however it was a very traumatic experience; one which was to haunt me for more than 15 years.

I could not watch TV programs which contained any violence or guns, if there was such a film or program I found I would break out into a sweat, become panicky, breathless and extremely agitated.

I had nightmares, reliving the incident time and again in my mind. I would wake up sweating and disorientated.
When I was out and about, just doing general things like a bit of shopping, I would become fearful and anxious; with a great urgency to get home, or at least back to the car where I could feel safer.
If my wife and I were out at a restaurant or pub, it was very important for me to be able to see the Exit, and to not have my back against the door.

Now that has all changed, after all those years of torment and trying other therapies of which I was clinically diagnosed as having PTSD, I no longer have the emotional attachment to the incident.

I can freely tell the story without getting a lump in my throat, without reliving the scene in my head, without anxiety.
I no longer have nightmares about the incident; I can do my shopping and enjoy a meal at a restaurant. Though I still make a point of being aware of the exit, I don’t have the same fear/anxiety attachment.

My wife Christina and I feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful technique to share with you all, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience what we have.

My story does not stop at the cure of PTSD, in the coming posts Christina has asked me to tell you about my success with EFT and the unbearable pain of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Asthma, Bronchitis and Angina Pain.

Thank you for reading my testimonial, I hope it inspires you to explore the many benefits of Gary Craig’s EFT at emofree.com.

Anxiety disorders are mental illnesses in which patients feel excessive anxiety, fear like agoraphobia or distress during situations in which most other people would not experience these symptoms. However, people with anxiety disorders experience disabling anxiety and distress that dramatically reduces their productivity and significantly diminishes their quality of life and ability to function on a daily basis. http://www.xanax-effects.com/

Agoraphobia is a condition which develops when a person begins to avoid spaces or situations associated with anxiety. Typical "phobic situations" might include driving, shopping, crowded places, traveling, standing in line, being alone, meetings and social gatherings. The good news is that, nowadays there are a number of ways apart from the anti depressants (in case you want to know more on this you can check out this link http://www.buy-xanax-online-now.com/). Agoraphobia is not what many seem to think, avoiding open spaces. Its literal definition suggests a fear of "open spaces".
